Tyranid Biovore/Pyrovore

The Pyrovore / Biovore kit is a versatile Tyranid heavy support choice for Warhammer 40,000, allowing you to build either a flame-spewing Pyrovore or a spore-launching Biovore from the same box.

Build Option 1: Pyrovore

Pyrovores exist to predigest biomass and minerals for their hive fleet. Bloated with volatile gases and corrosive acids capable of melting adamantine, these living weapons unleash roiling chemical fire that can engulf entire squads. Even in death, a Pyrovore remains dangerous — its unstable innards can detonate in a final explosive burst.

The model features a heavily armoured body supporting a flame-spewing symbiotic organism, with alternate leg poses and basing elements for added variety.

Build Option 2: Biovore

Biovores are living artillery beasts, swollen with explosive Spore Mines that they nurture within their own bodies. Anchoring themselves with chitinous spurs, they violently launch their volatile offspring in high arcs across the battlefield. These gas-bloated Spore Mines either detonate in showers of bone shards and acid rain or drift ominously, ready to explode when enemies draw near.

The Biovore’s lumbering form supports a symbiotic dorsal launcher and bulging spore-sac, with multiple pose options and detailed basing elements.
