We want you to be happy with your hobby supplies and gaming goodies. Because of the nature of sealed products, collectibles, and miniatures, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, unwanted items, or buyer’s remorse. All sales are considered final once completed.
Damaged, Missing, or Mispacked Products
We follow the official Games Workshop warranty and product support policies.
If your Games Workshop product arrives with:

missing parts

miscasts or misprints
-
damaged sprues or components
-
manufacturing defects
Games Workshop handles these issues directly through their Customer Service and Product Support system.

Packaging Damage
Minor wear to outer packaging can occur during shipping. If the product inside is unaffected, this is not considered a defect. Collectible boxes are not guaranteed to be mint condition.
Order Errors On Our End
If we send the wrong item, that’s on us. Contact us and we will make it right.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless we have not begun processing or shipping them.
